Supercuts Campaign

PROJECT
Supercuts Hair Salon pride themselves on achieving great styles without the high end pricing & wanted a campaign showcasing their 6 new hair trends keeping in mind the target audience which is males & females 16-25.

 

RATIONALE
With this campaign “Your style. In your time” I took most of my inspiration from popular culture as I wanted to make sure all the target audiences were covered. I’ve always been a fan of American TV and its High school cliques. All the characters in the campaign were based on real people so I made a conscious effort to build each character from the hair down. My inspiration for “the diva” was modelled on Rita Ora with her iconic red lipstick and fierce fashion sense. I wanted the same amount of detail when it came to styling each model as I believe many teenagers would buy into the whole image, not just how the hair style looks.
