To look at the existing site and improve not only the UX but look at a whole new User Interface. We needed to elevate the brand’s language by speaking to the brand and learning more about Professional Music Technology as a company and what was their vision and mission.
As the creative lead, my team and I needed to start from the beginning. The only asset we had was a logo and a colour palette. We looked at the behaviors of the customers on the current site and also interviewed staff members on any pain points they feel the existing site had. We also arranged a store visit as we wanted to experience the store’s energy and community first hand. This helped us navigate to the designs and made sure to apply as many positive updates to their site as possible. This resulted in a very happy client and a faster, more intuitive site.
